Why the Pizza Pledge Is Important
Exhausted, depressed – and hungry. That’s how the healthcare workers that are on the front lines of COVID-19 are feeling right now. We want to feed them, all of them, and we’re asking every pizza maker in America, and possibly the world, to take the Pizza Pledge and get involved.
The Pizza Pledge
In the face of the overwhelming crisis of COVID-19, we, the pizza makers of America, pledge to provide 1 free pizza to local Essential Healthcare Services for every 4 pizza orders placed at my restaurant by anyone.
There is no cost for joining the Pizza Pledge. By joining, you will receive:
Your brand placed on the preferred list of services on local hospital's and Essential Healthcare Services donation list
We will include your brand in the marketing and PR activities
Ability to place the “Pizza Pledge” logo on your website, social, email, etc.

Who We Are
The Pizza Pledge was started by Joe Sheena at PizzaPapalis in Detroit, MI in collaboration with Combustion, a Detroit based marketing technology company, to expand the work they have been doing by providing free meals to healthcare workers and other essential workers.
